At Mintz Garage, we want customers to feel confident when placing an order. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before purchasing.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel an order by contacting us at info@mintzgarage.com as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and depend on the order status at the time the request is received.

Made-to-Order and Custom Items

Many Mintz Garage products are made-to-order, custom-built, or personalized specifically for each customer.

Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, made-to-order, custom, or personalized items cannot be canceled after 7 days from the original order date.

After the 7-day cancellation window has passed, the order is considered in production and cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed unless approved by Mintz Garage at our sole discretion.

Changes to Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including vehicle information, product options, colors, materials, stitching, logos, personalization, shipping address, and contact information before completing checkout.

Requests to modify a made-to-order or custom item must be submitted within 7 days of placing the order. After 7 days, changes may not be possible due to production timelines.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship items may be canceled only if the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.

Once a ready-to-ship item has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please refer to our Return Policy for any eligible return options.

How to Request a Cancellation

Please include your full name, order number, email address used at checkout, and the reason for the cancellation request.

Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or financing service.

Financing and Buy Now, Pay Later Orders

If you placed your order using a financing provider or buy now, pay later service, any approved cancellation or refund will be processed according to that provider’s terms and timelines.

Customers are responsible for any obligations, payment schedules, or fees imposed by the financing provider.

Refused or Delayed Cancellation Requests

Mintz Garage reserves the right to deny cancellation requests that are submitted after the cancellation window, after production has started, after the item has shipped, or for any order involving custom, personalized, or made-to-order production beyond the allowed cancellation period.
