Shipping Policy

Made-to-Order Interior Parts

  • Products covered: Customized steering wheels, interior trim, and upholstery.

  • Lead time: All interior parts are made to order and typically ship within 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase. This window includes production and delivery.

  • Shipping cost (USA): Free ground shipping within the United States (contiguous 48 states, AK/HI included unless otherwise noted).

  • Expedited shipping: Not available for made-to-order interior parts due to production timelines.

Note: Lead times may vary during peak seasons, for highly customized requests, or due to carrier or supply-chain delays. We’ll email you if your order requires additional time.

Merch & Accessories

  • Availability: Ready to ship, unless a product page states otherwise (e.g., pre-order or backorder).

  • Processing time: Typically 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping cost: Shown at checkout (promotions or free shipping thresholds may apply when offered).

Order Splits

Your order may ship in multiple boxes and/or from different facilities. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment as soon as it’s on the way.

Tracking & Delivery

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent when your item leaves our facility.

  • Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and begin after your order ships.

  • Signature may be required for high-value shipments at our discretion.

Address Changes & Order Edits

  • For fastest service, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request changes.

  • We’re unable to reroute packages once they have shipped. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur reshipment costs.

International Shipping

  • Interior parts (custom): Currently ship free within the USA only.

  • Merch & accessories: International availability and rates (if offered) will be shown at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees.

Delivery Issues (Lost/Damaged)

  • Damaged on arrival: Please inspect upon delivery and contact us with photos within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a resolution.

  • Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
