The “Mintz Garage Launch $500 Giveaway” (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Mintz Holding Group LLC d/b/a Mintz Garage (the “Sponsor”). Address: 8 The Green, STE A, DOVER, DE 19901. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform.

Promotion Period

Promotion begins November 11, 2025 at 11:11 AM Eastern Time and ends November 18, 2025 at 11:11 AM Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s server/computer is the official time-keeping device.

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C., 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate family/household, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, you may enter in either of the following ways:

Method 1: Social + Subscribe (Standard Entry)

1. Follow @mintzgarage on Instagram and @mintzgarage on TikTok (handles may vary).

2. Join Mintz Garage email and SMS lists using the entry form at MintzGarage.com.

3. Submit the entry form.

Method 2: AMOE (Alternate Method of Entry — no follows/opt-ins required)

Send an email during the Promotion Period to support@mintzgarage.com with subject line “Mintz Garage $500 Giveaway Entry” and include your full name, city/state, and a valid return email. Emails must be received by November 18, 2025 at 11:11 AM ET.

Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of entry method. Attempts to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/duplicate identities, accounts, or automated means may result in disqualification. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $500 Mintz Garage digital gift card (the “Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500. Gift card subject to terms and conditions set by Sponsor. Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner Selection & Odds

On or about November 20, 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification & Verification

Potential winner will be notified via the contact information provided at entry (e.g., email/SMS/DM) within 48 hours of the drawing. The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (where lawful), and any tax forms (e.g., W-9) within 48 hours of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or complete required documents in time, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name, city/state, likeness, and statements about the Promotion for advertising and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

Release & Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, TikTok, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use/misuse of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) technical errors; (c) printing or typographical errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable entries; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property.

Disputes/Choice of Law

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (1) all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in New Jersey; (2) claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules.

Information submitted in connection with this Promotion is governed by Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available here. If you choose the Standard Entry, you consent to receive marketing emails and SMS from Sponsor; consent is not required to enter or win and you may opt out at any time.

Winner List

For the winner’s name (first name, last initial, city/state), send an email to support@mintzgarage.com with subject line “Winner List—Mintz Garage $500 Giveaway” within 60 days after the Promotion ends.
